Victorious AI Websites ("we," "us") provides custom website design, branding, and AI feature development services for small businesses, nonprofits, and individuals, as described on this site.
Project Agreements
Specific project scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon individually with each client before work begins. Pricing shown on this site is a general range; your exact quote will be confirmed before you pay a deposit.
Payments
A deposit is required before work begins on any project, per the structure described for your selected package. Remaining balances are due upon project completion. Full payment terms are outlined in our Payment & Refund Policy, available on this site.
Revisions
Each project package includes a set number of revision rounds, as described in your project's pricing tier. Additional revision rounds beyond what's included may incur additional charges, as outlined in our Payment & Refund Policy.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary content (text, images, logos), and any account access needed to complete the project (e.g., domain registrar access).
Domain Registration
Domain registration is a separate cost, paid directly by the client, so the domain remains registered in the client's name.
Intended Use
This website and its services are intended for legitimate business and nonprofit use. We reserve the right to decline projects that involve illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content or purposes.
Limitation of Liability
While we take care to deliver functional, well-built websites, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of a completed website or related services, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update our services, pricing, or these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
